Programs & Events
Connection, growth, and community — designed for everyone we serve.
Where the Journey Begins
We don't just provide care. We build relationships, celebrate milestones, and show up — every day — for the people and families who trust us with what matters most.
Programs
We offer a variety of programs designed to help individuals build skills, develop meaningful connections, explore volunteering and employment opportunities, and participate in their communities.
Classes
Our classes provide opportunities to develop skills, build connections, and explore creativity in a supportive environment. Classes are offered in 6-week sessions to encourage consistency, routine, and relationship-building.
Events
Throughout the year, we come together for larger outings, celebrations, and community events that create opportunities for connection, inclusion, and fun.

Our bi-weekly Social Group creates space for building friendships and practicing communication in a fun and supportive environment. Activities vary from group to group and may include Bingo, board games, card games, conversations, shared meals, and other social activities.
Social Group also provides opportunities to get out into the community. Some sessions may take place as community outings, such as movie outings, baseball games, fruit picking, or other local activities. This gives participants opportunities to practice social skills and communication in real-world settings while enjoying time with their peers.

Volunteering & Work Employment Support
Summit NH supports individuals in exploring meaningful work and volunteer opportunities that align with their interests, abilities, and goals. We provide support with developing workplace skills, building confidence, exploring employment opportunities, and connecting individuals with opportunities to contribute to their communities.
Community Connections
We create opportunities for individuals to participate in their communities, explore new places, practice independent living and social skills, and build meaningful connections outside of Summit. Community activities are planned around individual interests and may include restaurants, parks, museums, sporting events, seasonal activities, shopping, entertainment, and other local outings.
