Founded in 2009, Summit New Hampshire was established to support individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, Brain Injury, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and related diagnoses.
Since then, we have remained committed to delivering individualized services that promote dignity, safety, and meaningful community inclusion — growing our service lines while holding true to our person-centered philosophy.

Who We Serve
Summit NH supports adults with a wide range of needs, challenges, and life experiences. Many of the individuals we serve require specialized, high-level care due to complex behavioral and clinical needs, with histories that may include significant safety concerns. Our team is experienced in providing structured, person-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs.
